Terms and conditions of sale

Shipping information:

All prices are F.O.B. Mountainside, NJ warehouse. G&A Commercial Seating will not assume responsibility for any differences in freight charges, for C.O.D. charges, or second delivery charges. Purchaser must inspect shipments and notify us of any discrepancies and notify carrier’s claims department of any loss or damage immediately upon receipt of shipment.

Quotations:

Prices for custom orders must be received from G&A Commercial Seating Products sales department. All quotations received from the factory are for a period not to exceed two weeks, unless extended in writing.

Payment terms:

Net 30 days from date of invoice, based on approved credit. All bank and collection charges incurred shall be at Purchaser’s expense.

Cancellations/Changes:

G&A Commercial Seating Products. is not responsible for customer errors on purchase orders. The customer will be responsible for inbound freight due to errors of this nature. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified without approval from G&A Commercial Seating. Customer is responsible for all costs incurred by G&A on custom orders prior to G&A receiving the cancellation/change.

Deductions:

No deductions will be allowed on invoices without prior authorization from G&A Commercial Seating Products.

Conditions of returns:

    No merchandise is to be returned without prior authorization.

    Return shipments must be pre-paid.

    Returns only accepted on current merchandise found to be in original packaging and in new and saleable condition.

    Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • 5

    A 30% re-stocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise.

Warranty:

G&A Commercial Seating Products warrants all products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service as follows:

  • Wood Products for 1 year after date of purchase

  • Metal Products for 2 years from date of purchase

  • Outdoor and Chrome Products for 1 year from date of purchase

  • Booths for 5 years from date of purchase

G&A’s warranty responsibility is limited to the cost of replacement or repair (based on G&A’s discretion). This warranty shall not apply to products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than the manufacturer. Our factory will not assume any labor charges for unauthorized repairs.

New customers:

Initial orders will be shipped with payment terms of C.O.D., Certified Check or Money Order. To establish credit, customers are required to complete an application of credit.
